Registration is handled through our registration form. Once you complete it and payment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need.
The ticket price is $500, which includes conference sessions, networking with peers, all meals (including dinners out and about town!), and curated activities around Savannah like ghost tours, craft workshops, or even beekeeping!

Your registration covers full event access, all meals and refreshments during the event, and your Monday activity. Travel and hotel accommodations are not included.
Invoices are sent to the email address you provided at registration. If you haven't received yours within a few business days of registering, check your spam folder then reach out to us directly.
If something comes up and you're no longer able to make it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open up the seat for another guest. We will issue you a refund as long as you cancel before our catering deadline, which is September 30th.

Yes! We've reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Bardo. The rate of $309/night is available while the block lasts, so book early.

Savannah in October is lovely — warm days, cool evenings, and way less humidity than summer. Business casual works perfectly — think "smart but comfortable." And bring comfortable shoes, especially if you're joining us for a walking activity on Monday.

Yes, it is included in your registration!
Comfortable walking shoes are a good idea for all options. For the Ghost Tour, layers are helpful for the evening. The Bee Garden Tour is outdoors, so sunscreen and light layers are recommended.
You can share any dietary needs or food allergies during registration. If you forgot to include them or your needs have changed, just reach out to us before the event and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
We do our best to accommodate all dietary needs — including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergies. The more specific you are during registration, the better we can prepare.
Yes! Hotel Bardo has accessible rooms and facilities available throughout the hotel. There are seven ADA-compliant rooms featuring wider doorways, roll-in showers, and accessible shower controls. We can offer dedicated space available for nursing throughout the event if you are not staying at the hotel.

We love seeing attendees share their Co-Lab experience—just be mindful and respectful of those around you when posting. By registering, you've agreed to be photographed as part of our official event coverage.
Yes! Street parking is widely available around Hotel Bardo and is a convenient, free option. If you'd prefer valet, the hotel offers secured valet parking for $55/night on weekdays and $60/night on weekends.
Yes, WiFi will be available at the venue. Network details will be shared on-site.

Co-Lab is a closed event for registered attendees only. That said, if your guest wants to make a trip of it and enjoy Savannah, they're more than welcome to stay at Hotel Bardo with you — they just won't be able to join the official programming.
