I use Dscout for user research, and I love how recruiting is super quick. We can invite our own participants or use Dscout's pool, which is really helpful. The unmoderated usability testing setup is fantastic because it captures participants' screens and voices. It's easy to set up studies and screeners quickly. The data capture is also excellent; everything is laid out for easy analysis, including transcripts, video recordings, and charts for closed-ended questions. The support from our research adviser and account managers during the initial setup was amazing, which made it really easy to get started.

The pool of participants are great, the tagging system is flexible and super helpful, and they now have the option to run usability tests (in addition to the live interviews, surveys, and diary studies). Videos are automatically transcribed. They also will handle incentives (you set the amount). And the support staff are all friendly, helpful, and respond quickly.
