dscout Earned the Highest Rating (5.0) in 15 criteria

A 5.0 is the highest possible rating on the scale. We achieved this in criteria including:

  • Manage participants (organizing and building a panel for recruitment)
  • Create studies (guidance in mixed-method research)
  • Manage data (creation and sharing of video reels and study results)
  • Supporting products & services (to enhance end-to-end customer experience)
  • Innovation (focused on new ways to provide value to clients)
  • Community (promoting learning, collaboration, and sharing of best practices)

It’s extremely gratifying to be recognized in these areas as we continue to elevate our product to better support our customers across the entire research process.
